- A properly installed EPDM or GRP roof should give 20 to 30 years. Felt systems vary by grade — we tell you the expected life before you commit.
- Can you overlay the existing roof?
- Sometimes. If the deck is dry and sound an overlay saves money, but if there is trapped moisture it must come off. We check before quoting.
